Marc was born in Normandy, France, where he learned to sail as a child. Currently a marine journalist at Neptune Yachting Moteur, a leading french powerboating magazine, he was previously a contributor of Voile Magazine, specialized in sailing yachts. Through his work, Marc has navigated in many different part of the world, and keeps wonderful memories of a trip from Quebec City to New York by way of Lake Champlain. He has also navigated on parts of the Intercoastal Waterway in Forida.

Marc joined The Greatest Loop for a week-end in New York City, concluding the first leg of the journey.
